Our experienced paint department uses PPG paints to produce exceptional quality, long-lasting paint jobs that are vibrant and resistant to scratching. From high-gloss to matte-finishes, our paint department can give you the look you’re after. Only after each piece is cleaned and treated with an anti-static coating to ensure the paint will adhere properly, a base coat is applied and the part travels through the 146 degree oven to cure without warping the plastic. Depending on the desired color of the finished product, additional coats of paint are applied followed by a clear coat to finish off the painting process.
